1. Grant. NTT-IT Corporation (NTT-IT) grants you access to MeetingPlaza Remote Conference Room demonstration servers, which are operated by NTT-IT for demonstration purposes, with MettingPlaza 2D Browser (Browser) only under the terms of this agreement, and NTT-IT reserves any rights not expressly granted to you. NTT-IT grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the Servers.

2. Good Behavior. You must behave properly regarding the public order and standards of decency in the remote conference rooms provided by the Servers. You are not allowed to harass any other users in the virtual worlds, and to use the information which you obtain in the virtual worlds in any other place to harass other people.

3. Termination. This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from NTT-IT or judicial resolution if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. NTT-IT reserves the right to terminate this agreement without notice any time by any reason. Upon such termination you must remove the Browser from your system and destroy any media in your possession containing the Browser. Sections 4, 5 and 6 will survive any termination.

4. Warranty Disclaimer. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ACCESS TO THE SERVERS MAY NOT SATISFY ALL YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE FREE FROM DEFECTS. THE ACCESS TO THE SERVERS AND ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE LICENSED 'AS IS' ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE DISCLAIMED AS TO THE ACCESS TO THE SERVERS AND ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE ABOVELIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

5. Limitation of Remedies and Damages. In no event will NTT-IT, its parent or subsidiaries or any of the licensers, directors, officers, employees or affiliates of any of the foregoing be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like), whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of the use of or inability to access the Server or accompanying written materials, regardless of the basis of the claim and even if NTT-IT or a NTT-IT representative has been
advised of the possibility of such damage. THE ABOVE LIMITATION WILL NOT APPLY IN CASE OF PERSONAL INJURY ONLY WHERE AND TO THE EXTENT THAT APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES SUCH LIABILITY. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

6. General. This Agreement will be construed under the laws of Japan, except for that body of law dealing with conflicts of law. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be contrary to law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
